Description:	Hello all, I need to create a simple WYSYWYG IDE which is simply being used for drawing textbox, rectangle, line and inserting image. The result will be saved as an xml file which contain properties of the objects. For example if we draw a rectangle, the result xml would be: <rectangle size="3" x="4" y="5" /> I attached a screenshot for the IDE layout. We will only need to create those 3 sections. This project should be a long term opportunity for the right person. What I need right now is a simple working protoype. If you are good, I will hire you to continue developing this IDE until completed with all other features. Feel free to ask any questions. PS. I prefer using C# for this project.
