Description:	I need an application that does this: User select files/folder and fill up a form to assign attributes (mostly yes/no option, pulldown menu, categories) Program will save entries into a data file. Later, user can search from records for entries that matches specific attributes. From search result, user select items and program will copy items to another folder if required.
