Description:	We are a local computer repair company and are in need of a system that when booking in computer for repair we can log all the customers details and description of the problem. We need to be able to input serial numbers , parts brought in for repair , and a fix report section so we can enter details of the repair and be able to print out the report for the customer. We also want the system to have a admin section so we know what jobs are still awaiting repair , what repairs are awaiting parts, the technician working on the repair. We also want to include a section for parts still covered under warranty so we can track who the part has been sent back to what date it was sent back and a section for the return authority number.
