Multi Editor using Visual Studio .NET (Basic or C++ or C# is OK).

This editor is development circumstance of php but I need only
text editor function.
This means;
Case1)
- On the leftside, project view like folder tree.
- On the rightside, notepad function with auto save and all text search.
- License Management is also required.
- Install shefield.
but actually, I also needs
Case2)
case1 plus,
- On the rightside, powerpoint/word/excel editor function.
(This could be executed by embedding Microsoft Office's object
like Internet Exeplor)
- Full document text-search.
Only Case 1 function is OK, but very grad if you can do Case 2.
