The database: Table in MS SQL with the following fields. 1 – Customer ID (Text) 2 – ProductID (Text) 3 – Description (Text) 4 – Binary1(BLOB) 5 – Binary2(BLOB) 6 – Binary3(BLOB) Connection is done with DSN named ‘ConnecttoDB’ Password: Pass Login: Log1 I need the two following forms to be made in VB.net or VB 2005. Form to enter data: I need to have one form that will have adequate fields to populate the above MS SQL Db. The fields to populate the Db records (4/5/6) must allow the user to drag and drop one PDF file. These PDF files and other fields will be uploaded to the database when the button ‘Save Data’ in clicked Form to retrieve data: The form includes: 1 label that will show Customer ID 1 Combobox 1 Field for ProductID 1 Field for Description 1 Combo Box 3 Buttons to show that Binary1/Binary2/Binary3 have information. If there is information in the field the button is enabled, if there is not information the button is disabled. When this form load using the Customer ID which is specific to this form (the customer ID is hard coded with the form), you must retrieve the information from the database by sending a SQL statement that retrieve all the ProductID and Description matching the Customer ID. You must fill the combobox with all the ProductID and Description. The user can then select the ProductID. When selected you need to retrieve the data for Binary1/ Binary2/ Binary3 and enable or disabled button accordingly. The user can then click on the enabled button and view the corresponding PDF file that should open in separate windows. This work is work for hire, Copyright will be our copyright.
