The project will also require additional statistics model to bring the closest related and highest ranked video stream to the user. We see the development the back-end first, followed by the construction of the front-end pages. The back-end should run in one database with as many tables as needed. The front-end will include all pages that metacafe.com has as of today - 7/14/2006. Users submit video stream into defined categories. The system should allow users to upload either .flv (flash) or wmv (media player) file format, the extra is - it will take other popular formats and we will convert them to these two format internally. It is recommended that one should create an account at metacafe.com and fully review the site for themselves prior to bid. We will need the exact features what metacafe.com has today.
