Description:	Looking for someone or group of people to create a few functional bits for an upcoming website. No creative design or work/graphics are required. The work is as follows: -create MySQL database -create php include file which, when placed on a web page, will accept a properly formatted email address, and insert them into the database for newsletter distribution -facilitate proper validation on email, and be able to handle duplicates and "opt outs" based on circumstance -Create double-opt in system which generates an email to the address entered with a link to confirm subscription to newsletter -create opt-out include file/php page when passed an email in the querystring, will display the user's email on the screen and when user clicks the remove form button, will be marked as opt out in DB but not deleted.
