6.0, but running under MS Access. Preferably the userinterface will be in Spanish, and I'm prepared to pay a premium for this. The system needs to process and prepare customer invoices or cash sales, using a customer database, accepting on-the-fly new customer information. Inventory control linked to sales is essential and a complete ordering and reporting function for sales, orders, purchased orders, backorders, etc. Handling of Chilean VAT sales tax is essential. Prices are set and reported with VAT tax included, but break down of net price plus tax must be available in both customer transactions, supllier transactions and reports. General ledger, income and expense reporting functions and balance sheet functions all necessary. Essentially the application I require would be almost a clone of QuickBooks Version 6, except that it needs to operate under MS Access so as to allow us the flexibility of changing formats, reports, user screens, etc through making modifications via Access.
