A theme generator + css style generator in one that uses the same implementation as the moveable type style generator. However the key features below are what is necessary to make this a successful project and complete the primary needs. Service Provider skillset: -Must be knowledgeable in Wordpress theme creation and theme template needs. -Must have an indepth knowledge of php & css. -Must have a keen knowledge of SEO. -Must be able create css layouts that will be cross browser compatible and not break (IE css hack experience necessary) -Must be able to devise applications for the web. -Paypal API integration for payment is a must!!! The general idea is a web application where the user can input specifics such as the layout, define the colors, the fonts, change the h1,h2,h3 tags, after doing so they will complete other steps then will be redirected to a page to download a .zip file containing the stylesheet & other files. (The details concerning other steps and other files included in zip will only be provided to the selected provider!) There are already many programs which do this but not one which bypasses the need for the end user to implement the changes into the template pages. If you or your team can accomplish this, then the job is yours. Samples of programming and css layout expertise must be submitted for consideration. The budget for this project has been set at a maximum. If your bid exceeds this but your expertise shows that you are capable of completing this project a change may be considered, however, all rights to the coding/script will be the sole property of me. A deposit of 1/3 will be given at the start of the project. The final amount will be distributed upon completion of the project. Communication is a must. Provider must be available via IM, e-mail as well as phone. The selected provider will be given a live environment in which to work on this project and must include detailed instructions and comment heavily so that any necessary modifications can be made. More than likely the selected provider will also be solicited for continued work regarding this and other projects. 30 days is the maximum time alloted for project completion and I will work closely with the selected provider to see that the job is done adequately.
