Description:

Hello.
I am looking for someone who can design a website, modify two scripts and
integrate them in the design, and connect a smspayment function to it.

Short description of the site:
Loged in users can upload an image and a file of any kind. The file will be
encrypted and inserted into the image, and the image will be sent back to the
user.
The user can upload a previously uploaded and encrypted image and then the file
will be decrypted and sent back to the user.
No files will be saved on the server.
Users can send sms to get a higher userlevel (via mosms.se, a swedish premium
sms provider).
Depending on userlevel, the user will be abel to upload a certan amount of
images of a certan size (but no matter what, users of any level can upload
"encrypted images" (to get the files) as many times they want with no
restrictions).
For example:
Userlevel 1: gets to upload a maximum of 10 images with the size of 640*480.
Userlevel 2: gets to upload an unlimited number of images with the size of
640*480.
Userlevel 3: gets to upload an unlimited number of images with the size of
800*600 for three months.
Etc. etc.
The administrator(s) can list all accounts (confirmed/unconfirmed/all), manage
users, change userlevels, post news to the frontpage, manage the faq section and
answer questions sent in by users (user sends a question via the site and the
answer will be sent to the users emailadress). The administrator(s) can also see
which users that have payed, how much and the total sum of all the payments.
Short description of how the site will work:
Users who is not logged in will see general information about the site, faq,
contact information and log in fields.
If a user choose to register, he/she will have to fill in the required
information and agree to the rules. To activate the account, the user must click
on the activationlink in the confirmation email that will be sent.
When a user logs in, they will see a menu where they can choose some different
alternatives (like encrypt, decrypt, statistics and a page where the information
about how to get a higher userlevel(what text to sms to which numer, cost
etc.)).
If you have a usermanagement system/cms that you rather use to incorporate the
stegger script and payment function into, feel free to suggest so.
