Description:
I currently have a site (see project name above) that is in the process of
redesigning on a VPU that I rented. You can see the progress to date at the
dedicated IP I have assigned for the redesign at http://209.59.201.38/. Though
there is other work from the previous developer
(http://serra.cmnetmedia.com/~alicia/totalesl), I am having to look for another
to complete the project because he has not been able to continue. He is a good
guy and very knowledable because he is actually on the development team of
PHPizabi. Unfortunately, there are personal family priorities that make him
unable to continue.

I have sent an email to the previous programmer to ask if he would like to quote
for his past developement that is on his server because there are leaps forward
in his development but nothing downloaded onto my server nor communication as to
completion date (currently at 6 months and counting). If this happens, I will
attempt to arrange and we can go from there or you can ask him any questions he
may have.

If a project like this would interest you, I can send you more details in order
to come together on a development quote. The attachments break down my notes
into two phases. The first phase has had some work complete on it (amount will
vary based on previous paragraph outcome).

The FIRST PHASE is mostly adaptation of the phpizabi open source software to
match more with an educational networking site.

The SECOND PHASE is about transferring data and pages (integrate into new
system) from the current site and building a revenue stream to support site use.
This phase has not been reached yet.
