templates are: job search, real estate, auction, classifieds, yellow pages, yard sale, and others. there are about 8-10 different templates in all. work to be done is: move the websites awared to you to hosted location that I will provide modify code as required (detailed list available); including two additional server exchanges per site. install scripts (discussion board, newsletter, banner advertising, etc. edit/add fields, drop downs, etc delete/replace images i have multiple sites that are all developed from the same templates. so, the price must be low. you will tune one site and then upload to different hosting accounts and make necessary msql and image modifications. delivery deadline: the sites should be developed as quickly as possible. you should be able to complete at least 2 sites per day. i am looking for the best work at the lowest cost. i cannot afford to pay much for design/tuning work. as for the duplication and installation of sites already designed/tuned, i will also pay a low amount. my total budget for 20 complete sites is very low. I hope to sell these sites and then develop others which are exact replicas. The sites in question would be the sites below and others. I will only pay you on a per site basis, as I would need to see your work before commiting to you a large number of sites. I will also provide you with a list of the features/functions/edits which I am certain about. In addition, I can provide an overview of each site.
