We would like to change the way that apartments are loaded onto our external website, giving us full control over current listings, eliminating a lag between when we receive information and when we are able to post the apartments. It will also eliminate the duplicate work we will need to do in order to keep our intranet and website synchronized. What I have thought of is adding a button to the Intranet Apartment listings that will post the apartment to the website. This could be a check box that when checked, will add the apartment to our website apartment listings, and when unchecked, removes the listing. Also please make sure that any changes made are always saved to the web. We would like for the fields that are currently displayed on our website apartment listings to remain the same, with the "post to web" button pulling just those required fields. Also, we will need a way to post pictures and floor plans to the website, as well as indicate which picture we would like as the search result thumbnail. We would like to be able to have a function on our add/manage listing page where we can upload images to the corresponding listing. I would imagine a button, maybe "choose pictures", that when clicked brings up a windows explorer window. You would then be able to select an image, or multiple images to be uploaded to the corresponding listing in the database. After selecting images, there should be an "upload" button. This button should upload the images to our server. When the images are uploaded, they should be automatically resized to the proper sizing for listing thumbnails and full size images. These images will then be placed with the corresponding listing, which will now be updated through our intranet. In addition to what i mentioned earlier... On search page ({intranet) * Under locations we need a button that can be clicked that will "select all locations" * If searching by availability user should be able to select "all locations" and a range for availability date like feb 1 2006-apr 1, 2006 .When the first date field is filled out, and the second date field is left blank, it will result in all results with available date past the first date field * We would like to add availability date to search results page We would like header on all intranet pages to be a hyperlink for www.cozarrealty.com also, We would like to have the ability to create dynamically generated "ebrochures" , that hopefully look identical to the following, without the header and leading body of text http://cozarrealty.com/EBROCHURE/108WOOSTER.HTML http://cozarrealty.com/EBROCHURE/STMARKS.HTML these files are currently in .png form. We would like for it to pull all of the information (i.e. pictures, links, apartment essentials,listing #,broker info) and let us add a little bit of additional descriptive information if necessary.
