Please read the following for a break down of what is needed. At this point
it’s just to see if you have the skills needed. I will provide a link to an
example site to the winner.
1. Able to code PHP and MySQL from scratch.
2. A good sense of Code security is a must.
3. Must be built in a modular design. (More work later for the winner)
4. Users will register and a confirmation email will be sent in order to
validate email address and login.
5. Member profile
a. Main profile with simple information like password change and other simple
stuff.
b. Members can create multiple sub-profile with a unique id of an email and
attach it to a category. (Email address will have to be confirmed if different
from the main profile in order to create a sub-profile) (Category will be
defined within the admin area. Aka table.)
c. Sub-profile will be in a separate table then the main member’s profile.
d. Can upload a thumbnail image for each sub-profile but have a max size in
width/height and in kb.
6. Search for other members sub-profile.
7. Interface to be able to add, edit, and delete other sub-profile to one of
your sub-profile. This will be in a different table. (Like adding a friend in
facebook)
8. Design and images are not required but good table layout and CSS ready.
(Clean code).
9. An Admin side to administer users like banning and deleting users profile,
all there sub-profiles and everything in the table that links with the other
sub-profiles. (more on this later but very simple stuff)

Okay, if you read what is above it's mostly just a small CMS and
most of all this is already build in some web app. the biggest thing is to build
some small functionality like the sub-profile...
This site will only have a few pages...
