I started this project on July 12th, 2005 and the site still doesn't work! This Job needs to be done now! If you can't do it please just simply don't bid! ALSO, I bid low so that I can see what bidders think. One programmer ran with the money, the second one did half the job right and half the job wrong and ran with the money and the 3rd programmer who I found on this site last week took a $75.00 deposit and then raised his rates from $15.00 an hr to $20.00 an hr and then cancelled his bid after the deal was agreed upon. Are there ANY competent programmers out there that can communicate? Programmer must speak and understand English very well. They also need to be able to talk over the phone. Programmer needs extensive knowledge in php, mysql, and the E currencies used. Description: The website is mostly up and running, we just need a few modifications made programming wise.
