2. Create database the search for client, like the yellow pages or phone
directory
Client already has an MS Access file
possible 2 sizes
a. database of 2000 clients
b. database of over 1.5 million (will MySql handle such a large database?)
This file will be generated by client and saved on server, program must be able
to take this file and populate the database.
3. 7 fields, Business name, Address, City, Zip, Phone, map location
4. Create clean result page on query
5. Optimize for Search engines and submit to top 10

Upon agreeing to the contract, all specs will be provided by Montreal Web design
Inc:
• Freelancer must provide an Estimate and Delivery Time before projects

• Communication is very critical; all Freelancers will need to respond to all my
emails within 24hrs. Not doing so, may result in immediate termination of
project and NO Payment will be given.
• All original work done by Freelancer will be left on the development server

• All files will be saved here, so constant monitoring by MWD and clients can
review on going process:
