Description:

Looking for a complete Script written in PERL/CGI to create our secure online
payment system similar to PayPal, SolarPay.
Our system will allow people to:
1- Create Account User Profile
2- Pluggable Authentication Module (PAM) framework for account,
session and password management.
3-Complete Account Management Database using MySQL modules for:
a- Complete Account Payables and Receivables,
b- Order inventory management (order replenishment, order tracking,
billing, etc...)
4. Pay for all Internet Purchases using an Email address, Snail Mail, or
Wire Transfer.
5. End-User Shopping Basket-Cart solution
6. Buddy Icons.
7. Secured Firewall Protection against Hacker Attacks, Worms,
Viruses, ect...
Security and functionality is our main goal. We want to utilize the best
commercially available technology and procedures to protect the security of our
online transactions.
A few key things we are looking for are..
We want our system to automatically encrypt a users confidential
information in transit from their computer using the Secure Sockets Layer
protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits.
We are also looking for a built-in access code generator for logging and
registering for an account so as to prevent automatic signups/registrations or
something similar to that.
We want a script that fully supports automated recurring billing
and allows to completely customize all colors and logos, for a completely
brandable site. We want to be able to Easily ban/block users/IP's . We also want
customers to be able to fund their account WITH the competitors (PayPal, E-Gold,
NetPay, Evocash, Qchex) etc.
Finally, the winning Bidder must sign a Confidentiality Agreement which
must be notarized by an Attorney in the Country of Origin. We will then forward
our CGI Script for this project.
