Image Database Can allow users to submit images and receive automated email receipt Manage online review system (this feature can be turned on/off in the backend) Restrict access to content for un-subscribed users. Monitor user submissions and can accept or decline (users are notified by email) User must accept legal conditions before (if user decline conditions, the user is taken to the hompage) Project Features: Dynamically Resize Images Create Dynamic Galleries Browse images by category & subject Upload images (must be registered user to send materials) Dynamically embed watermark in ALL images Advance Keyword, Subject, Image and Full-Text search Online Review System (can be turned on/off in the backend) Extensive Backend plus backup capability Submission Tracking (admin and user) Mailing List with unsubscribe choice Curated Online Exhibition & Collections (access by subscription) Artist Directory (browse by country, name, and medium) Meta-Data Image catalogs and Articles Related Items (automatically create links for similar items) Send Email to friends Printer-friendly Format Virtual Tour Website Indexing Prevent images from getting indexed by search engines Statistics and User tracking (IP logging, location, etc) Accounts (user, reviewer, editor) Secure Subscription **All images are stored in the database. Access is by subscription only. Two Part Sumbission Process (validation required) Actions users take to submit artworks: Part 1: Background (1-7 All Required Action) 1. Enter full name 2. Enter statement 3. Enter medium (painting, drawing, etc) 4. Enter affiliation 5. Enter biography 6. Enter exhibition history 6. Enter contact info 7. Enter additional comments Submit part I of the form Part II: Submit the paper (1-7 All Required Action) 1. Enter brief summary about submission 2. Upload images & documents 3. Enter information about each submitted images 4. Enter descriptions and keywords 5. Specify category or subject 6. Enter additional comments 7. Accept legal terms, copyright, and privacy policy ** User verifies information before submission ** User submits part II of the form ** For a succesful submission, a user MUST fill the entire form ** User will be notifed via email and can track their submission from their account ** Admin is notified of any submissions ** Admin can track submission, user-behavior, etc ** Automatically create links for related items ** Generate announcement for the mailing list ** Create advertisment on the website ** Script for computing the number of sumbissions, etc This is an educational project with limited budget.
