Description:	I am looking for a game portal design with custom features. It needs to be coded in php with Mysql database and admin abilities. Must have a membership data base, downloads for free and for purchase. pay pal compatible, Users must have ability to input prepaid gift card and credit there account, ability to track top downloads and top selling game, Ability to input a price that they would like to pay for the game, if price is accepted takes them to order page with auto email after purchase. The backend functions admin must have ability to enter a serial range so when a user registers a pre paid card (gift card) it will check the database to see if card is active. Must have security built in. also take serial number of used cards into separate file not to be used again stored in data base and email the admin. Auto emails for uploads and downloads to the admin, auto create new pages, needs hidden low ball number for the site to check when user places bid on a game to make sure that asking price is above the low ball number for the game, auto order fulfillment through email. One time trial download per game per users, site must be visually clean and competitive with other sites in its genre. Bidding companies need to submit samples of work 50% will go in escrow upon accepted bid the rest on completion. Site needs to be complete May 1st 2007, fully working on our server.
