Description:	I have an affiliate account with www.dentalplans.com. They have several template websites to choose from that can be used by their affiliates as "landing pages". I have purchased 2 domain names for my landing pages and have hosting in place through netfirms.com I need someone to take the code for the templates from dentalplans.com (I will give you my login ID and password) and insert it into my 2 domains in netfirms. I also need the "company name" changed in the template to my business name. I then need it linked up as an affilliate page with dentalplans.com - the directions on how to do this are in the member area of my dentalplans.com account. this should be a very simple project - there is no creating or designing needed - it has already been done.
