Description:	I need an html based ebay add designed including header, opt in email/using hover pop, auto responders set up to do follow up on the opt in contact information we collect from our ad. Must be able to design a header/banner for the ad, an ecover box for the software we are selling. On a scale of 1-10 graphics and asthetics must be a 9 or better. We reserve the right to refuse ecover, graphics or any other part of the site until it is completed to our satisfaction. Payment to be made in full once project is completed and has been given to us and we have loaded it onto ebay and have verified that it is workin fine, including auto responders. Need done ASAP. I wil provide 90% of text.
