I am looking for a search engine scripts, that includes a Google style text ads
system and either integrated with phpadsnew or have an online banner and ad
purchase system.
The site i run presently has a lot of visitors and needs to be upgraded.
I need to own outright anything i purchase.
Must have standard affiliate system
Must have the ability to collect relevant information from the web (crawl the
web) and integrate this info easily after i have been able to double check it
for relevance IE if i am looking for plumbers in London (an example) the scripts
will plough the net and collect relevant data.
Must have complete payment gateway (I have a verisgn certificate)
Must include data from as many search engines as possible IE Google Yahoo.
Must be able to change the template design and install into different domains
that i own easily.
This is not for me to resell I want to use it in one of my sites that has many
different local areas.
Must be search engine effective
Must include at least three wow ideas and imagination from you

should mention i already use smarterscript, if you can add or power up this
script with all of the above and install it on my servers, thats cool
