I will give you the ideas and you will have to use your design skills to design a unique custom design. 2. You MUST be available via yahoo or msn messenger. 3. Your turnaround time should not be more than 2 days. 4. I PREFER freelance designers over companies. 5. I will pay $35 per template. 6. I will only pay on completion. No escrow and no advance payment. You can send the PSD file after you have the payment. 6. If you DO NOT agree to the conditions then DO NOT bid. 7. You must deliver the HTML/CSS prior to payment.
