Description:	I need a single PSD file sliced and turned into CSS/html. The html must look exactly like the PSD and must work perfectly in Internet Explorer AND Mozilla Firefox 1.0. Please look at the JPG image attached to see the requirements and the numbers. All of these items labeled ¡°1¡± must be text, not images (all headings) The banner labeled ¡°2¡± must be the correct size for google adwords. I must say I¡¯m very picky and I want a quick, PERFECT job. Any difference from the PSD will not be acceptable. Any difference between IE and Firefox will not be acceptable.
