I want to keep the results private until I post them on the next update. I don't want the pics rated (like from 1 to 10), visitor can only vote for the best one. They must only be allowed to vote once (can be tied to IP or Cookies, also open to ideas). Page should have spots for 25 thumbs, with a banner space on top. The top 5 are the top pics from the last update (no vote on them now). The remaining 20 are the ones up for the vote, and each would have a check box under it (only one box can be checked at a time, if they change their mind and chick another before they click the vote button the previous check disappears). Each of the thumbs will be linked to an enlargement of that thumb, I will handle thoses pages (just wanted you to have all the info). Also want the page to center no matter what windows screen resolution the user is setup for. All the art I will add later, you would only be responsible for setting up where it gos. You could but in temp jpegs. On completion of the project I would need you available to answer qustions since I will be doing the pic updates. I learn very fast, it would be for a limited time.
