desinged for a physical therapy practice. The primary information captured in phase I will be patient records and scheduling. ** I am open to open source apps customized for this project. (i know there are plenty of scheduling apps out there already). Also open to previously developed work in this area. This will be a 100% web-based app. There will be a security/login screen. (SSL) Once logged in, the user will have the ability to choose different areas to enter information about their patients. (create new record, contact info, exercise regimen, etc.) In addition, there will be areas for creating a daily chart for each patient. There will also be a scheduling component where there are multiple doctors seeing multiple patients per day. So a relational DB will need to be designed. Another component will be reporting. Ability to determine basic information about doctors, pateients, schedules, etc. This project must be scalable to 500,000+ records. This office may see up to 100 patients per day. I haven't decided on MSSQL or mySQL yet, but it will be one of those. Please respond based on details of this project. Generic responses will be ignored.
