I have made the page template already, as well as the GUI. There are about 13-16 pages roughly. A key page is the search page where you will need to find a way for people to expand their search radius in miles based on the zip code. Once I choose the programmer, I will give them the page template. here are the main pages: 1. main - show category 2. listing - show a listing of ads 3. show ad page - ad detail page 4. contact seller page 5. post ad page 6. search page - with distance in radius from zip code entered**** 7. acp - 5 pages total - more details to be given out only to the chosen programmer I would need a header and footer file as well so I can create links/etc. this is a very simple program to do. The hardest part would be for you to find a way to allow users to search by a mile radius from a zip code or city. for example, a user wants to search for an ad 300 miles from a given city/zip code. I have done it in the past for no more than $130 from a programmer who is no longer working for me, so that is what I'm willing to pay. NOT HIGHER than that. I won't pay up front, too many bad deals in the past where programmers just run with my money. Once I see that you are working and making progress, I will pay half, and other half when and once the program is done and in my hand. Time frame: I would need this done asap. the sooner the better. No up front payment is given.
