Basic requirements are as follow: Must be created in Adobe Photoshop. Each design must be a unique layout and not made for someone else or virtual clones of one another. I will need full rights and they can not be resold to anyone else. Preferences for design are photo rich and dynamic. Will provide sample of a completed site that I have already created and samples of designs that I would like something similar to as well as images to be used in production. Only psd file is needed. NO HTML OR CSS is needed. If you do not have many reviews or a portfolio and believe you will be chosen if I have a chance to see your work, PMB me and I will give you more information so that you may show me a mockup.
