Automatically send customers e-mail updates when the order is received, processed, shipped, cancelled or returned. 9. ability to set different discount/ price levels for different categories of customers. 10. ability to calculate weight of shipment 11. allow reservations (with email notification) of out of stock items 12. allow multiple currencies and allow conversion by simply updating the exchange rate on a single page. 13. Ability to generate html links to place in any web page that I want to link to the store 15. inactivate products without having to delete them 16. cross-sell products on the product details page and/or shopping cart page. 17. allows store customers to rate products and post feedback. allow store managers to be notified, review and approve each review before it is posted on the web store. 18. let customers preview shipping rates before even starting the checkout process. set "free shipping" for any shipping option above a certain order value 19. integrate with paypal with option to turn off payment gateway and allow for browsing only.
