On going requirement for web designer 10 - 40 hours a week Our site is oscommerce Initial Various projects including: Multi-front end for oscommerce Create new websites Create new websites targeting certain keywords. Content will be provided, but any can input on design of site will be gratefully received. Modifications to our current oscommerce website – depending on your knowledge and skill We don’t pay upfront – but we will pay regularly as work is done. Paypal would be ideal. To start with until we have trust - you do 3 hours work – we see results and then we pay you etc. Please bid a monthly rate based on 100 hours (ie your hourly rate x 100. (Please note you won’t need to pay an commission on this work.) We are flexible as to how much work we have ongoing. But we do have at least 70 hours work available in current projects. This needs to be done fairly quickly but doesn’t need to be full time. Please put the words ‘gardening for fun’ into your reply. We're looking for one individual - a person who we can build a great relationship with. We've been working with the same designer for the last 3 years - a very successful relationship form a man in china who now has a full time job in the UK - so we know how to look after people and to make a situation like this work very well.
