Please only respond with a bid if **** You have excellent os-Commerce Experience and can provide examples !! **** You have excellent feedback **** You can work dedicated on this project with me for the next week **** You are prepared to give good communication and have good english skills The key deliverables will be :- i) Assistance with setting up the e-commerce gateway for both Paypal and credit cards (Paypal checkout is currently bugged) ii) Setting up shipping rates at checkout. Clear instructions are in the attached file for Australia. In addition I will also require simple rules set up for shipping to New Zealand, USA and UK, but with the ability to make these countries initially inactive as I wont be shipping to these destinations for the next few months. I should be able to activate these countries without hard coded changes. Installation of MVS might be an option here, however my shipping will not be based on a weight basis, but just per shipment. iii) Ensuring that the checkout is functioning correctly. Currently checkout is bugged as no shipping option is selectable. iv) Some minor niggly items like ensuring tax calculations are set up correctly, pointing some image links to the right places/products, general tidying up. v) Contact Us page to have an option inside to "Opt Out" of receiving fax marketing, where user will be promted to enter name and fax number in a fixed format. Data to be stored on a totally seperate SQL file and additionally e-mailed to a given a-mail address. Address to be taken from a file called stop_notify.txt. Additionally the fax numbers are also to be written to a file called strong_stop.txt vi) Setup of a simple backup mechanism & testing for all the database files vii) Overview of security to ensure that no admin functions or changes can be run except by authorised admin. This directory is already password protected, but I still want a double check that the site is secure. viii) Setup of a "Coupon Code" at checkout - this is probably an oscommerce bolt on, but you will need to find and install it. I need to manage coupon types myself from the oscommerce admin console. ix) I may need the address format within the order notification e-mails modified so I can cut & paste into my shipping software. x) localization needs to be tidied up and set as "Australia" as there are references to "florida" in the admin section and some strange Americanisations in place. Some of these definately affect tax. This is my first os-commerce site setup, so please be aware that I am not going to be able to spec on day 1 all of the required items, but I beleive I have covered everything here that will be time consuming. I would like a complete project cost that will take into consideration minor changes. If I come up with any major changes we will handle as a seperate job. I will provide details of the domain to the site so that you can overview before accepting the project.
