This small Project involves completing the final design of the graphics and HTML
and opt-in form for an approximate 800px by 600px area of a web page that has
been generally laid out but needs design and HTML creation/finalization. The
following 6 items should provide most if not all of what you need for project
completion. I will be available for questions/discussion via phone if you are
in the USA or by email. If this project is successful, the next step is to
redesign the entire existing website into 6 new pages. Time frame for
completion is ASAP.
1) Draft web page layout which is to be finalized: see

2) Sample headline typeface to be used: see

3) Sample opt-in form. The form you design should have similar characteristics
including an arrow if possible. iContact account information will be provided:
