Hi, my first time here and my first time looking for this kind of outsourced help. If you find project interesting, please read PART 2, it IS important to the project. PART 1: What I need from you I need customization of the script, for example in Dolphin I would need some custom design and a critical thing would be better video module and player. Module needs more functions from video sharing scripts (searching, tags, channells, playlists, video ads,...) and the player must play videos in their original size because of screencasting (resizing lowers the quality). -I have so much knowledge to install the scripts but that's about it (Dolphin is up and running) -I need someone to be more of a webmaster when I need him (when problems come), then a one time job -current hosting is iNFRENION ffmpeg (US server), so all the popular video scripts work -I prefer Dolphin script, because of Ray, which I would need (I could aswell go with phpmotion or any other, as long as it all works) I would also need many other modifications, regarding the purpose of the site (read part 2). I really don't know how all this works regarding me doing business with you, so if you need more info i will give it to you, but i must also know what can be done and what not. PART 2: Why and how of the project I am an entrepreneur fixing computers, mostly the software (Windows, viruses, instructions...) for bellow average computer users, the older generations mostly (40+). And I would like to offer more of a social solution to the community. Of course there are forums, magazines and services, but I would like to start with something new. Current obstacles, facts, wishes, goals...: -forums are text-based and we live in multimedia times (people learn PC usage faster if they see it, rather then read it), besides that some don't know what forum is, how to work with it and some need help right away -magazines are mostly manipulated by companies that pay for reviews etc. and it's still just reading and it's not free either -services are capitalisticly centralized and are usurious, specially for the end-users (example of very popular service here; router set up is $108 per hour, while an average salary is around $900) - imagine few videos regarding this; it would help thousands, specially because we offer additional support -our site would ofer free interactive knowledge from the learning of PC usage, to a helpful usage of PCs (not just games, xxx and crap) -the video site is completely free of charge for everyone and anyone -users ask, we make video answers/reviews/tips/news (it's not an Q and A page, but rather an information gathering from users and making video answers to popular/important/interesting questions) -users won't be able to upload, there will be no forum and perhaps no comments aswell (for ordinary users), because the page will not be a "free-for-all chaospage", but rather regulated to meet the purpose of the webpage -there is e-mail support, live chat and a payable number to call to -the money will be made from donations, payable number and remote assistance -I already use remote for my business and facts are that people get the support in a minute (less procrastination) and I can have more customers at once because I can wait for one computer to finish, while I'm fixing another; pricing will probably be donation based -first goal is to give people, instead of "youtube mutilation clones" a gateway/guide how to use PCs for better life/health/self-education... (think of videos about Johnny Chung Lee, who made an interactive whiteboard out of $40 Wii remote or many other helpful software/usage out there) -second goal is to save people's money for absurd services and make a difference how PC users and PC market work - bringing them closer, closing the "laity gap" and thus making people less exploited (imagine charging $70 for installing Ad-aware (true story from my customer); it would be interesting to see a video with that bill in it) -third goal which is critical to the project is to connect with one of most popular health related websites here which has 200k+ (out of 2M population) visitors per month (real doctors who help people via Q and A) Thank you for your time reading this. :) Next:  Datafeeds Site Clone -
