Description:	I have a php open source CMS Community script that doesn't have a admin panel. I need someone to create a fully functional "Admin Panel" to manage memberships, manage content, manage users & profiles, manage forums & content, manage message boards & content, manage chat, manage database cleanup of unwanted content, etc. I will also need to incorporate a php "chat" & "message board" script (I already have) within the CMS including incorporating the design and connecting the database of memberships together.
