Description:

I have a php open source Community script that does Not have a Admin Panel to
it. I need someone to create a fully functional "Admin Panel" to manage
memberships, content, users & profiles, forums & content, message board,
e-mails, and a manual way of cleanup of unwanted content from the database.
New Admin Panel shall be able to manage all features & functions currently in
the Nexus Community script, and all new coding in the admin panel shall be
readble and NOT encoded nor crypted.
I will need the signup form, members profile, and search results content to be
adjusted just a little including the DB to reflect these new adjustments.
I will also need to incorporate a simple php "message board" script (that I
already have) within the community script including connecting the database of
memberships together.
Since this script is a beta open-source, I will need the script intirely tested
to be sure their are no errors anywhere including the DB file and provide repair
to errored area's if needbe.
Please provide your own server space to test script including applying these
above additions and altercations.

Coders, please give me an idea of all working functions you plan
to create in the new admin panel which will manage all aspects of the script.
That way I will know what each person will be providing me for their bid amount.
