Description:	I have a Movable Type blog that needs to be moved from one server to another. 1. The move would include the MT database (1.9 MB) and all images (a manageable amount - about a year's worth of posts). There is not a lot of data to move - the The blog is 3 columns. The old server is running MT 3.15 and the new one is running MT 3.2. 2. Once the blog is moved, the domain needs to be moved to the new server as an add-on domain. 3. The site design looks terrible, so I let me know if you can create a decent minimalist look based on what I specify (I will use the Movable Type Style Generator to come up with a rough design). Let me know if you can do a four column design, too, as an option. Please give TWO bids: one for just moving the blog, and one for doing both the move and the design.
