Hi,
We need to develop a real state/property website but with a very fashionable
outlook. To get an idea of what we need you may look at the following URLs:

Right now we need around 3 mockups/home pages of 1 page to demonstrate the idea.
The mockups should be in flash and very catchy. The person who looks at it
should have the desire to buy the property.
If any of these mockups is chosen by our client you will have to make the full
website based upon the finalized mockup design with of course many enhancements.
We are willing to pay further amount (approx $200-300 more or less) for the
website design if your work is chosen.
Finally timing is the most critical factor. We need the mockups sharp by 10'O
Clock GMT Saturday 20th May. So you may have around only 5-6 hours to complete
the work after the project has been awarded. Before bidding do keep your time
zone in mind or if you can work at off hours. We will provide the logo and some
details about the company to get you started.
To get selected you must have a very good profile to show. Please hurry to bid
as the project will be closing within 2-3 hours.

Please note that we can be flexible in timings. You may bid if you
can complete the work by today. You may also use html with some Flash touch.
Again we don't need the full website, we just need 3 mocked up pages to show to
our client for approval.
