Description:	Hello! I recently did a mockup for a site that I want to create and I need someone to actually bring it to life. I have all the necessary graphics and a picture of what the end product should look like. It must be valid XHTML 1.1 Strict, Valid CSS Level 2, and cross browser compatible.
