information and activities. New members need to be able to register, choose a password and enter their personal information (name, address, email, etc.). When they return to the site, there should be a cookie so they don’t need to re-enter their ID (which will be their email address), but they will need to enter their password. There should be a feature to have their passwords emailed to them if they have forgotten it. The membership will have a hierarchical structure to it. When a new member signs up, he will indicate the membership ID of the person that sponsored him, if there is one, and this will become part of his record. Members will log on to the site and choose activities in which they have engaged since their last entry. This should be from a drop-down list or a series of check boxes. Each activity will have a score associated with it, and the score will be recorded and a running total should be displayed at the bottom. Once they accept their entry, it should be stored as part of their personal information. Members will be awarded levels (e.g., Blue Level, Red Level, Gold Level) based on their cumulative score totals. Members should be able to call up their personal information and edit it once they have logged on. When a member logs on, a welcome message will appear on the page, along with their name and current level. There should be a facility for a person to call up a list of the people he has sponsored, and the people they have sponsored, and so on, and the cumulative points for his whole group. There needs to be an admin panel that lets an administrator adjust member scores, as well as create the names of the levels and the number of points that are needed to qualify for each level. Also need the ability to write and modify automatic email messages that will be sent when members reach certain defined point levels..
