I am Looking for a developer/designer to develop a 6 page site with a site map. I need a basic HTML,.PHP site in CSS, strict, etc with necessary commenting...(let's discuss the exact specs) This is a media site where I will be reselling web services so its not very dynamic, just needs to be simple, clean, and very effective. I will need admin controls to update news updates, some photo uploads into a basic static portfolio page with text box, and control of the content on each page. I did a quick photoshop mock-up of the front page with basic layout of what I had in mind. It's very raw, but it will get us on the ball quickly, but I need someone who will be able to take it to the next level---probably a few levels. :) I am open to fresh ideas. Be familiar with web 2.0 "ish", clean, simple design with great typography and color usage. Will provide metatag, title, description, but would like to get your feedback on the optimization and other must have things that I am might be missing as we develop the site...
