I need to clarify this. What you see on the link will be the first
page. I might also need some help with components and modules that will need to
be installed, like a flash player to play quick flash movies. That is what will
be in the center square on the main page.
When you look at that page, each of the colored areas on the right will be like
a news article section, each must will have its own articles written for them.
The tax information is also a seperate article section that will provide new
information to the users. Also another concern is the bottom section where is
says usefull information. I would like to know how you would plan to make this
section
Finally a recommendation for the user system like community builder where i can
make subscription based accounts, and have different levels of payment,
automactic billing, etc.
Last but not least, I have to stress the fact that once this is complete, it
will need a final approval from the site owners. A few changes may need to be
done, and i need to make sure this is part of the contract.
