for someone to put together a clean, eye-catching, professional site that we can launch within a week. The requirements are as follows: Custom Template Design - We will provide you with a basic design in PSD format. We need to extrapolate on the prototype and add the Joomla codes so that Joomla can recognize and display it on our site. We also need the CSS to match every single article and component on our site. - Move Over - We will need our forum board to be moved (not removed and reinstalled) to the new Joomla 1.5 with the same articles and threads as before. We will also need to talk with you on what other minor things should be moved over to the new Joomla. - Flash Intro - An eye-catching flash intro with embedded menus is something we are looking into. We want first-time guests on our site to see something interactive and eye-catching that prompts them to look around without getting in the way of returning users who are coming to the site with a specific purpose. - Adding CSS - Add the created CSS to all components such as Chat, Slideshows, etc. to be uniformed with the website.
