Paying too much for web hosting?

I need to improve our Entry Page to give it a crisper look and change the
existing links (Atlanta, Chicago, etc has to be replaced). The links need to be
changed to USA, Mexico, Uruguay, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Chile, Ecuador,
Colombia and Argentina and Caribbean. USA will be at the top first left and
Caribbean will be at the top right. The links need to be in a semi circle around
ePremio, if you can include a semi circle along with the links it would be
great. The words on top of ePremio Welcome and Bienvenido need to be replaced by
America’s Marketplace/ Mercado de América. The color of the links will be
in white and the color of the Entry Page background stays the same. I am
attaching a logo that I like to integrate instead then of the existing one. The
Website is ePremio.com and runs on windows 2000 with ASP format. You can submit
a different Entry Page if you want with a watermark, if we decide to use your
design you can remove the watermark after payment is completed.
