Need to view demo before I accept your bid. please pmb with your demo including admin panels demo. If excellent result, more cloning projects will be awarded. Im going also to need to change the text of the site (wich is very litlle) like the menu, and buttons etc.... Im going to translate that to spanish (by myself) and give you the txt to you to change this few things (vey easy) Also Im going to need that the clone would have the admin option of make the machmaking free, or with a X fee, that can be charged with any merchant account or 2checkout etc...
