3.5.3 and Photopost 5.2 and you will need a strong knowledge of both to complete this project. The person selected for this project will perform the following: 1. Design a logo for the site's header and a clean attractive layout for the site's Home page. 2. Code 3 "modules" into the Home page. Gallery, Latest News, and Latest Images. *NOTE* This does not have to be original code. You can do a custom site or you can use a cms such as Mambo/Joomla, Vbadvanced, or Vbportal. I do have a license for Vbportal if we decide to use that. 2a. The Gallery module will display a list of albums generated from Photopost. 2b. The Latest News module will generate a list of the 6 - 10 latest topics in a specific Vbulletin forum and will display them in the order in which the topics were created. These topics will be displayed in a sort of blog style along with 200-300 characters from the topic. 2c. The Latest Images module will display 4 - 8 of the latest images uploaded to Photopost. I have uploaded an image that will give you a rough idea of the layout I am looking for. If you are selected for this project we can discuss color preferences and other details then. I have Vbulletin and Photopost installed on my site already. Your design will need to work with them. Completion of the site is expected within two weeks after bidding ends. If the site is not completed in that time frame then I will reserve the right to reopen this project for bidding. Please note that I am a reasonable person and delays are not a serious problem unless you do not communicate with me. Payments will be made as follows. 50% of the total price will be paid upon seeing a working version on your server. The final 50% will be paid after the work is transferred to my server and is verified to be working properly. Paypal is preferred. (I am not new to business dealings on the internet but I admit that I am new to this site so if my payment terms are seriously unreasonable then let me know. Note that I will not make any payments under any conditions until a working version of the site is shown to me.)
