Description:

This goal of this project is to develop an Architectural Control database system
for a Homeowners Association. The system needs to process data collected from
inspections of homes in the community and generate violation, hearing,
extension, complaince, and fine notices to be mailed to affected homeowners. An
inspector will need to be able to update the status of each violation and make
notes as calls are taken from homeowners and re-inspections are performed.
Reports by property, type of violation, and summary should be available.
The system will need to support secure login of three different types of users:
data entry, view of all accounts, and homeowner view of own account.
We would like the system to be developed in PHP using MySQL. CSS should be used
for page layout. The target platform is Apache running on Debian Linux.
You need to be English proficient. An understanding of Homeowners Associations
and Architectural Control will be helpful.
