"PMed you", "I can do this" or anything like that.. I'm looking for personal service from a company based in the US.... I need a site designed for my business able to do the following... 1) Secure payments via paypal or my merchant account. 2) User accounts and login for customers. 3) Admin section that I can add new users, account info, account balance and so on. I need something that will let me put in interest rates, down payments, late fees and such for the new accounts/users I add. 4) Admin section that allows me to add new properties to the for sale section including uploading photos to my server, resizing them and watermarking them. 5) Ability to keep users from paying less then the past due amount plus late fees. I.E. Keep up with say $1 a day late fee and add it to the account automaticly not letting the user pay less once their due date has passed. 6) Fresh, clean well laid out simple easy to read and look at site. These are my basic needs in a site. My first choice would be to just call me at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX so we can talk this over. That seems easier then going back and forth in a pm.
