Description:	we need a few tables built using php/mysql. we need a login page that will store user names and passwords. we need a password protected user admin page that the administrator can post the next days lotto predictions and a paragrah to explain the picks. the administrator will also need the ability to add a new user to the system and the capabilities to look up a name of someone who has forgotten their password. We will be using paypal as the payment gateway after some has successsfully paid for the service the new userw will be emailed a user name and password. the user name and password will be used to enter the password protected page and view the lotto prediction for the next day. in the password protected page their will only be two pieces of information (the cash 3 lotto predictions and the paragrah explanantion).
