Description:	I need a very high qualty flash template. It needs to be like a Texas style western ranch template. We sell Texas ranches and want a very high quality web template with flash. A good intro that goes into a good flash site would be great. We dont need the text just the design with editable images ect.. What this is for we own over 40,000 acres of texas land in west texas and will be selling it in 100 to 300 acre tracts so we want to have a site that shows what all we will be offering but we need a good flash design and we will do the text and the photographs of the ranches.
