Description:	I am looking for a web site that contains pieces of flash on the homepage. Basically a flash banner that contains the web site name. The rest of the site should be basic html. The lay out of the web site will be as follows. 1)Flash banner at the top. The faster it loads the better. Simple and cool is good. 2)A menu bar that is the same on the left hand side and just beneath the banner. a)Menu should have the following links: Shop: Takes them to the homepage Buy: Takes them to a check out shopping cart FAQ: Takes them to a separate page of FAQ Contact: Gives them an email address The majority of this website will be in Japanese. I am looking for someone that can build the template and I will add the Japanese. The shopping cart for check out should accept credit cards and Japan addresses.
